Shipping Policy
Expedited Flat Rate Shipping – 25,000 SATS per order over. These orders will get our White Glove treatment and will be moved ahead of all Flat Rate Economy orders and will include orders over 1.5 lbs. The weights are calculated and accumulative. Applies to 50 US States, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. Our Expedited and Priority Rate Shipping Policy assures that your order receives our White Glove Priority attention. It moves your order up the shipping queue and is shipped Priority, typically USPS Priority, versus our Economy Rate Shipping which is the shipping option of our choice and often consists of USPS First Class for light weight items.

Overnight and 2 Day UPS Orders – We do not currently offer Overnight or 2 Day Shipping! But, if you do have a specific situation, by all means send us an email and alert us to the situation. We are flexible and here to help!

International Shipping – We currently only ship to the United States Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and US Protectorates. Some restrictions apply.
Orders – Primal23 Industrial LLC guarantees that all orders for our in stock items will process and ship within 3 business days. Although most orders will ship the same day or the following morning. The exception to this rule being orders that come in late on Fridays may not ship until Monday morning. Although frequently and during high volume periods we ship on weekends. But this is not guaranteed. Our Economy and Expedited Shipping Policies do not apply to International Orders.
Although there should not be any customs or duty fees when crossing US State borders, with Clown World in full swing this could change at a moments notice. Customers are responsible for all duties, tax and customs clearances that may occur in the future.
